The number of passengers on the ferries and boats at Lake Balaton decreased, while the number of transported bicycles increased
More than 300,000 less have traveled the ferries and passenger ships of the Balatoni Hajózási Zrt. (Bahart) this year than in the same period of last year, but the number of bicycles transported has increased by 16 percent – Kollár József, CEO informed MTI.
At the same time, the CEO indicated that the summer will be more favorable than the business plans modified due to the pandemic, by the beginning of August the total number of passengers on ferries and passenger ships had already exceeded 1 million. (MTI)
