Only 50 remained from the 350 small-scale breweries

The owners of the small breweries are waiting for government support in ored to increase the offer of the small brewers, beside the wide range of mass produced commercial beers.

– We have been at the wrong place in a wrong time with our breweries, when we started our businesses in the wake of the system change – remembered Vaskó György, chairman of the Miskolc-based Advocacy Association of Small Breweries.
