IKEA’s revenues in Hungary exceeded 34 billion HUF
The sales revenues of IKEA stores in Hungary in the 2012 fiscal year – 1 September 2011 and 31 August 2012 – increased by 1 percent to 34.2 billion HUF, after the last fiscal year’s 33.7 billion HUF- Marek Feltl, Regional General Manager of IKEA told at Wednesday's press conference in Budapest.
In the last financial year, 4.6 million visitors visited the IKEA stores in Hungary of whom 2.5 million have purchased. Their number decreased by 2 percent.
Marek Feltl said in response to a question, hat in the 2012 fiscal year, the company’s profit in Hungary was 2 percent of the sales. (MTI)
