Metro Cash&Carry H1 Sales Top E800m in Romania

Metro has 23 Cash&Carry stores and 16 Real,-Hypermarket units in Romania.

Metro Group's Cash&Carry division
has reported that sales in Romania rose to over E800m in the
first-half. No comparative figures were available. This accounts for
over 13% of the division's total sales in eastern Europe for the
half, which rose by 14.4%.
