Plant-based food sales fall to USD 8.1bn in the United States

Sales of plant-based meats and seafood declined for the second consecutive year in 2023, according to an industry report by the Good Food Institute. Measured in dollar, retail sales of plant-based foods were worth USD 8.1bn in 2023, which was a slight decrease from USD 8.2bn in 2022. //
