Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország helps 8,000 young people find a job
This autumn Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország starts a free course called #énjövőm (#myfuture), where young people are taught self-awareness, how to behave at a job interview and how to manage feedback. Valentin Tóth, public affairs and communications director of Coca-Cola Hungary told: the training programme will educate 8,000 young people until 2020, in cooperation with various professional associations and NGOs.
Although the employment level among young Hungarians had been gradually rising since 2011, by 2016 their activity rate was still only 32 percent in 2016, while the international average was 45.8 percent in this respect. Those young people are most exposed to the danger of being unemployed for a long time who don’t participate in any training and don’t have a job either. Coca-Cola’s #énjövőm programme targets these people. //
