The Penny Market announced a 7.7 billion HUF development in Veszprém
The construction of Penny Market’s third logistics center has started in Veszprém. The new center will start operations next fall on a 10 hectares of area.
The new 26,500 square meter logistics center will ensure the smooth functioning of the supply chain and will supply nearly 60 West Hungarian Penny Markets. Because the transport distance will decrease significantly between the stores and the warehouses, environment load and emissions will be smaller as well. Thanks to the shorter delivery time between the producers and the supermarkets, Penny can provide fresher products to the consumers.
