6,700 square meters of retail space and office waiting for the tenants if the Hegyvidék Center will be completed

The construction of the Hegyvidék Center in the 12th district of Buda undergoes as planned.

At Thursday's founding stone ceremony the developer, the WING Zrt. and Pokorni Zoltán, mayor also praised the first steps of the implementation of the district center.

The center is scheduled to be handed over in October 2012.The developer offers 5,300 square meters of retail space and 1,400 square meters of offices for the tenants, where as a said as a specialty 50 square meters of office space can also be rented – reports portfolio.hu.
