Salling Group buys 35 stores from Coop Denmark
Salling Group has acquired 35 stores, including twenty-five 365discount stores, three Kvickly stores, five SuperBrugsen stores and two projects not yet realised from Coop Denmark. The deal is subject to competition authority approval, after which Salling Group plans to hold a “welcome day” for Coop store employees. Once the deal is completed, Salling Group will convert the shops into føtex or Netto outlets.
