30-year-old dm – the company has invested in the future, customer satisfaction and employees
In the past year, important steps have been taken in several areas in the economic community of dm: the member countries put a lot of emphasis on energy efficiency measures and on reducing their ecological footprint, while at the international level they also implemented a campaign supporting women’s health.
dm Hungary is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, so this round date also determined the activities for customers. Thanks to the successfully operating loyalty program, dm-branded products with a good price-value ratio and continuous service development, dm closed a successful financial year with a turnover of HUF 208 billion.
The economic community of dm, Austria and its partner countries (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Italy) looks back on a successful economic year 2022/23 in 1,910 stores (+3 .47%), they achieved a turnover of 4,505 million Euros (+23.1). In the last fiscal year, 2,971 new colleagues joined the dm community, on September 30, a total of 28,132 employees worked at the drugstore in 12 countries.
In the last financial year, dm Hungary achieved a turnover of more than HUF 208 billion (store and online turnover), which is 28.38 percent higher than the previous year. The turnover of the online shop increased significantly, by 56.93 percent compared to the last economic year.
