Inflation in the OECD is at a 30-year high
The December figure is the highest since 30 July, partly due to a 36.1 percent rise in consumer prices in Turkey. Excluding Turkey, OECD inflation was 5.6 percent in December after 5.3 percent in November.
Energy prices in the OECD country slowed to 25.6 percent from 27.6 percent in November, while food prices rose from 5.5 percent to 6.8 percent. (MTI)
