The Pest-Buda restaurant mostly counts on those guests who like homely Hungarian flavours. On the menu card we find dishes from Hungarian bourgeois cuisine before WWII, made using the original recipes without ‘rethinking’ them as it is so fashionable these days. Despite preserving the authenticity of dishes, some of them are given an extra twist.
