The Arena Plaza was purchased by the South African NEPI Rockcastle company from the Symmetry Arena Ingatlankezelő Kft. for 275 million euros (85 billion HUF) – CBRE Hungaryannounced on Tuesday.
Tim O’Sullivan MRICS, the Head of the Hungarian capital markets for CBRE, emphasized in an announcement sent to MTI that the sale of Aréna Pláza is not only important because it is an extremely complex and decisive transaction on the Hungarian market, but also means the appearance of a major international investment company in Hungary.
