Britvic invests GBP 25m to upgrade its UK distribution centre
Britvic has invested GBP 25m in the development of its national distribution centre in Leicestershire. The company has spent GBP 5m on the Lutterworth site over the last three years and has now invested a further GBP 20m in technical improvements to the warehouse and logistics system. Thanks to the investment 17 new automated cranes, 18 dispatch lanes and 20 automated vehicles will help move up to 600 pallets an hour.
