Aranybika for sale for 2.1 billion

Intrested can apply for the Hotel Aranybika, for the Best Western Hotel at the Kálvin Square and for the Hotel Délibáb of Hajdúszoboszló until the 29th of November. All hotels are owned by Cívis Hotels Zrt. The total market value of the hotels are around 3.8 billion, plus VAT.

Aranybika is the largest item – 2.1 billion HUF, excluding VAT.

This amount – as Buga Imre, Chief Executive of  the company making the liquidation, the East Holding Co. says – does not cover all the claims of the creditors – reports Népszava Online, after Hajdú-Bihari Napló.
