The country tour of the Coca-Cola Christmas Caravan ended after 2,056 kilometers on Sunday
The Coca-Cola Christmas Caravan visited a total of 14 cities in Hungary during the Advent period this year with the volunteers of the Hungarian Red Cross on board. Most donors were in Tiszaújváros, Szolnok, Eger and Balatonfüred.
During the two weeks of the action, the Coca-Cola Christmas Caravan traveled through 156 settlements, which is more than 2056 kilometers. 1,300 people were waving to the caravan, while the performers on the stage of the caravan sung 600 Christmas songs and nearly 14 000 people visited the caravan. The volunteers of the Hungarian Red Cross were waiting for the donations at each station of the tour: nearly 165 kilograms of food and 725 toys were gathered.
