The market reporting obligation for certain dairy products has been extended until 2023
The Ministry of Agriculture (AM) has extended the scope of the market reporting obligation for certain dairy products to the Dairy Interbranch and Product Council until 2023 – the council said Monday.
According to their announcement, this applies to all milk processing, milk production, wholesaler and retail companies operating in Hungary, who have been required to report on the market for 3 years.
The Product Board stated to MTI that reporting was initiated to monitor wholesalers’ activities, professional self-regulation and suppress suspiciously cheap import milk. (MTI)
