2021: exam for e-commerce
The shopping habits of a large proportion of Hungarians have changed fundamentally during the pandemic: a third of online shoppers said they would never buy in the same way in the future as before 2020 – a recent survey reveals.
E-merchants have mostly forged an advantage from the viral situation, however, those who have not adapted in time to changes in consumer and demand will start with huge backlogs this year. According to domestic e-commerce experts, while 2020 was the year of learning and adaptation, in 2021 the exam will take place.
