In the first quarter of 2014 the largest office leasing transaction is occurred in the Krisztina Palace. The new tenant is a call center, occupying 3,150 square meters of the building.

According to the market analysis of Hays Hungary, labor recruitment company, Hungary is still the most attractive destination for the newly established service centers who can lease easy accessible offices, with a space of thousands of square meters.
