Pig cutting may be eliminated from 2010
The rural guests table providers would be ruined by the 2010 planned regulation of the government, which may virtually eliminate the traditional pig cutting.
If the host kill his pig, he can not make a stew of the meat to his guests. This would only be possible if he establish an own slaughterhouse, or the take the pig to the nearest slaughterhouse facility.
According to Kocsner Tibor food surveillance department head of the Ministry of Agriculture, the goverment does not plan regulation, which ban domestic pig cutting – reports Magyar Hírlap.
