Laws tightening will make the self-produced food more expensive
The amendment would prohibit the marketing of self-produced food “below cost price”. According to the traders; the law can not rewrite the long-term competitive market conditions.
According to the informations of Népszabadság; the draft may contain the marketing of food below cost price as unfair distribution practice. For simplicity's sake: if the rule will come into force, the locally baked Tesco bakery and Spar's own meat products may be at risk, because the companies offer these products cheaper, in order to attract costumers – reports Népszabadság Online.
