11 percent more employees at Intersnack
Intersnack, the manufacturer Chio products, thanks to growing exports, increased the number of its staff by more than 11 percent, compared to last year. The company’s number of employees has risen to 400 and 75 percent of them are working in production. Among the employees there are more and more graduates and whole families.
Nearly three hundred people are working at the biggest Hungarian snack factory in Győr, this year. According to Merkler Róbert, Executive Director, the enlargement is also due to the fact that export growth partly offsets the difficult situation resulting from the introduction of the public health product tax, so it was possible to increase the number of employees.
