100% plant-based Rama’s new butter alternative
With the start of the new year, many people decide to change their lifestyle – whether it’s for weight loss, health or sustainability. However, a few days of enthusiasm are often followed by a quick disappointment, especially if the rules have not been followed in the first week. Lifestyle changes, as the name suggests, are long-term, so instead of drastic, try to be gradual. Fortunately, today we can find many plant-based products that are able to replace animal-derived raw materials. For example, a 100% plant-based Rama butter alternative may be a good choice for replacing butter: a product with a nutrient composition similar to butter has a lower content of saturated fat or is produced in a much more sustainable way, while it can be used in exactly the same way, whether for baking, cooking or making sandwiches.
