The deadline for reporting the annual activities of non-state laboratories will expire in 9 days
January 31 is the deadline for submitting the report on the annual activities of non-state laboratories, which both operational and service laboratories are obliged to send to Nébih.
The data service can also be downloaded from the Nébih website “2.s. annex on the data content of the annual report” should be done using the Excel document: https://portal.nebih.gov.hu/-/a-nem-allami-laboratoriumok-bejelentesi-kotelezettsegenek-teljesiteserol. All non-state laboratories participating in the food chain – performing food and feed, animal health, plant health, pesticide residue and soil protection tests – must submit the declaration on their activities in 2023 by January 31, 2024. The annual report must include, among other things, the number and results of the tests performed. The table containing the report must be sent to the e-mail address laboreng@nebih.gov.hu.
In the subject field, the title of the annual report should be “name of the laboratory”. In the case of laboratories performing animal health tests, the pathogens covered by exemption programs are an exception.
The relevant negative test results are sent to Nébih by the 15th of each month in a monthly breakdown. Currently, 25% of the laboratories required to report have properly submitted the table on their activities in the previous year. Nébih requests the report from laboratories that do not fulfill the obligations defined in the law as part of an official inspection.
