The Hungarian Food Bank Association collected more than 11,000 tons of food last year
Last year, the Hungarian Food Bank Association collected more than 11 thousand tons of food in a value of 6.5 billion HUF, which is an increase of 20 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year – the Food Bank told MTI on Monday.
According to the communication, the collected food, which included bakery products, vegetable and fruit products, dairy products, meat products, canned food, sweets, and other long-term foods, was distributed among the people in need by the Food Bank’s 350 partner organizations. (MTI)
