Hungarians do not change jobs
According to the Randstad Mobility Index, a recovery can be observed on the global labor market, but the Hungarian people are reluctant to change jobs.
The global labor market trends clearly indicate the end of the economic crisis: for example, the Randstad Mobility Index shows a 10 percent increase compared to 2010. “This means that people all over the world trust themselves more and more and are more open to new opportunities and have courage to change jobs, which again accentuates the competition to find talents and boosts the global labor market as well” – Baja Sándor, Randstad Hungary’s Executive director analyzed the data.
