Nagy István: the Hungarian mangalica products conquer the world market
The Hungarian mangalica products conquered the world market from Singapore to Canada. They are present among others in Japan, the United States, Brazil, but also play a role in our lives – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said at the official opening of the 12th Budapest Mangalica Festival on Saturday.
He emphasized that the mangalica breed is a great opportunity for the Hungarian animal husbandry, also showing how important it is to preserve the Hungarian genetic stock.
Nagy István stressed that the genetic treasures of our animals are irreplaceable. We have to appreciate the genetic heritage we have – he pointed out. (MTI)
