Agricultural producer prices increased by nearly 5 percent
In February agricultural producers’ prices increased by 4.9 percent compared to a year before, due to a 6.2 percent increase in the price of plant products and the 2.6 percent increase in the prices of live animals and animal products – the Central Statistical Office announced on Thursday.
The price of cereals increased by 18.1 percent over one year for February, following a 11.2 percent increase in January. The price of wheat grew by 10.8, and maize grew by 26.3 percent.
The price of fruits have risen by 28.9 percent. (MTI)
