ITM: the rate of infringements decreased in e-commerce
Consumer protection audits over the past few years have reduced the proportion of infringements experienced in e-commerce from 54 percent to 15 percent – the Ministry of Innovation and Technology (ITM) told MTI on Monday.
According to the Communication, the typical deficiency of e-commerce businesses is the lack of detailed information about the 14-day withdrawal, and in many cases the exercise of the right of withdrawal is linked to additional conditions irregularly. (MTI)
