GfK: The icecream-season had a successful start
This year's weather is very favourable when it comes to the icecream-market, especially for the box-versions of the most popular icecreams. In the beginning of the season – the second quarter – more family package icecreams had been sold than from July to September last year. Most icecream purchased derive from discount stores, and the most popular types are still chocolate and vanilla.
