Ice Cream History exhibition opens in Eger
A temporary Ice Cream History exhibition opens on 13 October, Saturday in the organization of the Dobó István Castle Museum at the Agria Park Shopping Centre in Eger – Bóta Judit the media referee of the museum informed MTI on Friday.
The visitors can meet with the history of ice-cream from ancient times to the present day, but the assets and documents of ice-cream and parfet making and sales can also be found there, while a local patisserie restaurant will provide the culinary experience to the visitors.
The confectioners will offer ice-cream specialties, made on the basis of historic pastry recipes at the opening ceremony of the exhibition – she added.
The ice cream history exhibition can be visited until 31 January. (MTI)
