Tesco reedems PET bottles and drink alucans

The new system operates in 37 Tesco stores. The retailer pays HUF 5 for five PET bottles and HUF 10 for five drink alucans.

 At the formal opening of the system on
Friday environment minister Imre Szabó also took part and
showed the special press equipment, given by the ministry, that can
shrink the bottle and cans in 10%. Also the new bottle redemption
mashine was introduced.
