Ten Commandments in the American Catering Trade
Some restaurants from Los-Angeles collected a list about how to be gastfriendly, they hope other restaurants all over the world follow them.
The regulations said for example, that every guest is VIP, or when the guest has an engaged table, he can't wait more than 15 minutes and in this time must get a drink in the bar – on the cost of the restaurant. The list said, guest can send back the meal or the drink if it hasn't the adequate quality.
