The Bonbonetti Choco Édesipari Kft. became an Ukrainian property
The Ukrainian competition authority office approved the acquisition by the Roshen chocolate factory established in 1996. The company purchased the 50 percent of the Bonbonetti Choco Édesipari Kft. half a year ago.
Sánta Sándor, executive director of Bonbonetti Choco informed the company’s trade partners over the strategic agreement on 4 June. Roschen is the world’s 15th largest candy manufacturer employing more than ten thousand employees and has a turnover of approximately 1.2 billion USD – writes Bonbonetti Choco's website, which also notes that the Ukrainian company's annual production volume is more than 450 000 tons.
