Slovakian industry has the momentum again
The industrial production in December increased by 11.9 percent in a year in Slovakia – announced by the Slovakian Statistical Office. The analysts expected only an average 5.6 percent growth.
In Slovakia, the industrial production began to improve in November. According to the preliminary datas; industrial production declined by 14.6 percent last year, compared to 2008.
In December, the output of the manufacturing industry was 16.4 percent higher, compared to the result of a year earlier. In 2008, the Slovakian GDP increased by 6.2 percent – reports MTI.
