Another Czifray round

Hungarian Gastronomy Association announced the next round of the Czifray course. The topics are: 1. freshwater fish in red or white wine fish soup 2. sausage in the kitchen of the bourgeoisie. The first tries to recall old Hungarian fish soup types, while the second aims at making sausage consumption more diverse.
