MediaMarkt welcomes a new leader

The new leader is responsible for coordinating the company’s entire online and offline sales operations and for the unified development of the customer experience. István brings more than 20 years of professional and managerial experience in the fields of omnichannel sales, operations and customer experience. He previously held the position of Head of Retail at One Hungary.

His task is to further develop MediaMarkt’s omnichannel operations by adapting them to customer needs and to raise service to an even higher level across all channels. His goal is to continuously improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
