New owner will built plaza near to the Hungarian Airport
The former developer of the old russian solder garrison near to Budapest Airport, Airport City Plaza Kft. is since December 2008 under liquidation process.
According to business Daily Napi
Gazdaság there was altercation between the owners, a CEO
leaved the company and after that the local authority of XVIII.
district decided to set up its claim in value HUF 150 million.
Airport City Plaza couldn't pay, so the municipalty asked for
enforcement. The company also has obligations for the Hungaropharma
in value HUF 400 million, HuF 260 million for Duty Authority and 8
million euros for the CIB Bank.
According to specialist the value of
the developed plot is 14-15 million. The plan was to built a
complex with hotels, congress center, offices, casino and plaza on
the 14 acress sized site.
