MTÜ: the visitor traffic in June exceeded the pre-pandemic level

Based on the data of the National Tourist Information Center (NTAK), the first month of summer ended with outstanding results: in June, the number of domestic guest nights exceeded the record year of 2019 by 15 percent – the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) informed MTI on Tuesday.

They highlight: In a unique way in Europe, the turnover of all domestic accommodation can be seen up-to-date in the NTAK.

According to the available data, domestic accommodation providers recorded 4 million guest nights in June this year, which is 50 percent higher than last year. (MTI)
