The owner of the largest Polish mall has changed
The German Union Investment Real Estate purchased the Manufaktura shopping center in Lodz, Poland – informs PropertyEU.
The Hamburg-based real estate fund bought the shopping center from the Fonciere Euris and Apsys real estate investors.
The shopping center with its 112,500-square-meter area is the largest in Poland. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by the parties. (portfolio.hu)
