Traditional spices with modern design – Picture of the day

In order to bring a modern twist to the traditional Indian spices shared by Gray’s Spices, Lemon Yellow created bold spice packaging designs that elevate the homemade spices. To better communicate the experience that consumers can expect from its curry, tandoori and chili spices, Gray’s Spices opted for contemporary, clean typography and descriptive designs that give each of the products a unique personality—while Gray’s Spices’ Curry expresses that it is “mellow and rich,” the brand’s Chillifire is touted as “fiery, sweet and bold.”
Since consumers do not have a sensory experience with new products until they have tried them for the first time, these spice packaging designs make the most of descriptive language to entice shoppers to take them home and get cooking.
