Smaller shop play important role in retail

The place of every day shopping are the smaller Hungarian owned stores, for big purchase mostly the hypermarkets are visited.

 According to GfK's Shopping Monitor and
Shopping Mission 2008-2009 research, since 2004 it was the first
time, that people said they spent more in small shops as in
hypermarkets (32% small shops, 27 % hypermarkets, 14% supermarkets).

Shopping in discounts is very popular,
41% of big purchasers going into discount stores, the market share is
higher 46% at people who are looking for actions and discounts.
