Zalando and OpenAI deepen cooperation
Zalando is back on track: in the second quarter both sales and profits increased.

The future may bring greater use of AI and the arrival of Chinese “teleshopping 2.0” in Europe. Zalando’s quarterly sales revenue grew by 3.6% to EUR 2.8bn, as the fashion marketplace – which serves nearly 50 million customers – sold products worth a gross EUR 3.8bn. After the launch of Zalando Assistant, a chatbot that helps shoppers, Zalando is no now deepening its cooperation with OpenAI to develop “more innovative generative AI solutions tailored to the fashion industry”. Zalando is also looking to establish social commerce in Europe. //
