More than 73 million forints worth of donations made in Tesco stores
Within the framework of the Hungarian Interchurch Aid’s programme called ‘love.hunger’, last year Tesco workers and customers collected more than HUF 73 million, by buying more than 295,000 HUF 250 coupons displayed at the cash registers of Tesco stores. The campaign took place between 14 November and 31 December in 2016 and the money is used to help poor families.
