Theodora Cosmetic Tour in the Káli Basin
Enthusiastic tourists arrived to Salföld on 26 June to enter the Theodora Cosmetic Tour. The volunteers painted tourist signs from Salföld to Kékkút to switch back the tourist route into the bloodstream of the 'National Blue tour'.
The employees of Kékkúti Mineral Water Ltd., the volunteers of the Veszprém Nature Lovers Association, and the workers of the Balaton Uplands National Park Directorate were repainted the old blue signs on a 4 kilometer route in the course of Theodora Cosmetic Tour. The volunteers, however, not only in this land, but throughout the country are cleaning and maintaining 13 thousand kilometres of tourist roads. With the tour, the Kékkúti Mineral Water Ltd. wants to draw attention of the beauty of Theodora mineral water's birthpalce, and protection of nature. According to Salkovszky Lóránt, manager of Kékkúti plant, the new Theodora bottles are to protect the environment. This year, in spring, the bottles have become slimmer and lighter and therefore less exposure to the environment.
