Cafe culture center by Tchibo in MOM Park

Tchibo opened its third Coffee shop in Budapest in MOM Park Mall, where costumers can enjoy the Tchibo Klassik range to the complete Privat Kaffee premium range.

 

Hungarian drink yearly 2.8 billion cups
of coffee, most of them 85% in the morning first of all at home, but
there is a high number who like to sit in a coffehouse. Therefore
Tchibo offers also in Hungary the Tchibo shops, their interior design
is based on identical system architecture. The Non Food, Coffee and
Coffee Bar divisions comprise an up-to-date and harmonious
three-in-one store concept. The uniform arrangement helps each
customer find their own “Tchibo product.” At this point Tchibo
has shops in Great Britain, Austria, the Netherlands, the Czech
Republic, Polandand Switzerland and Hungary.

The German Institute for Service Quality tested seven leading
coffee-shop chains with regard to their service quality and customer
friendliness. Criteria included shop design, product range, the
expertise and friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness and
condition of the premises. Tchibo scored especially high on fast
service and freshness and tastiness of foods. Tchibo Coffee Bars took
first place in this test conducted by the German Institute for
Service Quality.
