The criterias of food marketing will be more stringent and the fines will significantly increase, due to the amendment of the food safety law approved by the National Assembly on Monday.
The amendment stipulates that the production and distribution of counterfeit goods are prohibited. Thus, for example, the production and marketing of those products that are not allowed, or not registered are prohibited as well as foods made of non permitted components.
