Recommendations for the NTAK system
It is one of the missions of the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) to call the attention of decision-makers to the problems affecting catering businesses. As a lot of questions have emerged in connection with information on the National Tourism Data Supply Centre (NTAK) website, MVI has asked the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) to meet and discuss these matters. President László Kovács sent MVI’s recommendations to one of MTÜ’s deputy CEOs, Zsófia Jakab, already asking for the postponement of the date when data reporting was supposed to start (1 July 2022). It can very well happen that the NTAK concept will be modified by the authorities, and this would mean that some of MVIs questions and requests will also change, so our magazine is going to discuss the contents of MVI’s suggestions in detail later. //
