SPICE COMMUNICATION – Decades of experience in looking for new ways
Strategy + idea x fast and accurate implementation = Spice Communication. However, Spice Communication is much more than this. The company never walks on the beaten path – they cut their own path instead. It was in 2002 that the agency started, back then with only 4 people, but today they have 50 employees. Their customers include SPAR, SuperShop, Wienerberger and MABISZ, and in the past Spice Communication worked with major national and international brands such as Nagyi Titka, Kellogg’s, Pringles, Nestlé, Unilever, Rama, Flora, Baba, Knorr, Audi, Seat, Mazda, MOL, Heineken, Soproni, Zwack, Jófogás.hu, Raiffeisen, OTP and UNION.
Some partners have been working with Spice Communication for a decade, and they say that they do so because the company gives them original ideas which are built on well-planned strategic foundations. No wonder that their work has already been honoured with Effies and other prizes. Besides doing online, integrated and ATL tasks, Spice Communication has implemented several promotion campaigns, events and BTL projects throughout the years. Success would be impossible without a good team. In a trade where the level of fluctuation is traditionally high, the Spice Communication team consists of loyal professionals, and some of them have decades of experience behind them.
SPAR has been one of the agency’s most important partners since 2015. Spice Communication does television and radio commercials, online advertisements, OOH and press advertisements, and weekly publishes promotional leaflets for SPAR. Last year brought the full image renewal of SPAR, which was also implemented by the agency. When developing the strategy for this, it was important that – unlike most retailers which mainly communicate prices – SPAR places great emphasis on emotions as well. This step has been the result of research work, which found that consumers choose SPAR because of quality products, which luckily come together with good prices.
The Association of Hungarian Insurance Companies (MABISZ) is another important partner of the agency. In December 2016 Spice Communication realised an integrated campaign that creatively brought together the young generation with its older self, by this grabbing the attention of those who probably haven’t ever given a thought to their pensioner years before. //
