The total value of the developments in Sopron announced under the Modern Cities Program is expected to exceed 325 billion forints – the Minister of State of the Prime Minister’s Office said on Tuesday at a press conference in Sopron.
Simon Róbert Balázs said that the Sopron investment agreement, signed with Prime Minister Orbán Viktor on March 25, 2015, aims to promote transport, the renovation of historic downtown monument buildings and the more efficient tourism utilization of the Lake Fertő and its surroundings and the creation of a new industrial and economic zone.
